Hello!
We are in a last quarter moon on this happy Friday!
🌗✨
I am very much looking forward to sharing tonight's topic,
which is all about body love in the
bedroom.
I had a super expansive convo on this with my dear friend and
colleague
Stephanie Hutchinson! This all
about supporting you in embracing your best body love, both inside
and outside of the bedroom.
What would it be like...
To be able to feel fully free in your body?
To be able to walk down the street and easily make eye contact
with that cute guy/girl?
To possess that energetic "je ne sais quoi"?
To own your feminine swagger?
Unfortunately, what can get in the way of that swagger are the
insecurities and negative perceptions that come up around our
bodies.
Listen love, I get it. I've been there. Shoop, I
still feel that way occasionally when I haven't been on-point with
my best practices and am feeling a bit funky (you'll be relieved to
know that this happens to so many of us - it's not
just you.
What we're talking about today is going to support you in
exactly that, by helping you shift the insecurities around your
body to the goddess-level confidence that will support you in your
best feminine energetic magnetism. All of this can start to
happen when you deepen your body love. Stephanie shares an
awesome free resource on exactly this, her
15 Journal Prompts for Deeper Body
Love. #amazing
