Environments, Exposed

Nov 19, 2019

Hi love,

Yes, you read that subject line correctly!  I had a beautiful conversation with Anne Yatch recently about embracing your inner SEAL to support your femininity (and more!).
Before I forget, Happy Tuesday and Last Quarter Moon!  🌗✨ Raise your hand if you can feel the inherent wind-down of the post-1111 and post-full moon energies we recently had.  🙋‍♀️
Anne is the co-founder of SEAL Team Leaders, where her and her hubby Larry collaborate and use their feminine and masculine energies to support and grow each other, and the leaders they serve.  Their work focuses on neuroscience and behavioral transformation.
Today's episode is going to cover all things masculine/feminine team dynamic, and more.  For example:
~ How embracing the masculine (both within ourselves - because we're made up of both, and outside of us) supports us in being even more of our unique feminine selves
~ How to be enrolling and influential as a feminine leader, which includes story-telling, as well as effective behavioral transformation techniques
~ What accessing your heartspace and awareness can do for the upleveling of your personal development
~ Developing boundaries - how what we don't let in or take on can improve our situations drastically, and how it may be beneficial to delegate or ask for help instead
~ The power of habits, meaning those things you do constantly and consistently, to bring about change
~ Why it's important to make romancing yourself a priority - be your own romance heroine
Our aim today, and in the future, is to begin to demonstrate how you can change your life and the lives of those you care about (and perhaps those you haven't even met yet), by deepening your connection to the masculine/feminine team dynamic (both within you and in your environments), in a way that's authentic and grounded in your feminine leadership.
If you feel inspired by the messages shared in today's podcast, I encourage you to share them - share them on your social medias, with your loved ones, with your besties.  Share it with anyone you love dearly enough to call a sister.

Anne and the team at SEAL Team Leaders are an awesome resource for transforming your neuroscience and behaviors for positive change.

You may reach Anne at with any questions you may have about their process, or to book a strategy session.
SEAL Team Leaders also has an upcoming bootcamp on neurological process improvement Dec 5th-7th. You can learn more about that experience here (

Here's to living and creating in an even better world - a world that's improving itself through the collaborative ascension of masculine and feminine beings.

Have a great one, and see you in a few weeks!
With love, grace and gratitude,
